The first three run after school and are arranged by you. The fourth runs inside the school day and is arranged by your district. Same coaches, same Louisiana-aligned instruction.

For school leadersAccelerate is the exception. It is the only route delivered during the school day inside the school, and it starts with your district rather than with you. Homeschool families also work during the day, at home. Everything else runs after school, evenings, or over the summer.

What Families Ask Most
How many sessions will a $1,500 voucher cover?
A $1,500 voucher covers 25 one-on-one sessions or 37 group sessions. Parents cover the cost of sessions once the voucher is depleted if they wish to continue.
How do I know if my child is eligible for a voucher?
Vouchers are available for qualifying public school students based on academic performance and financial need. Contact us to discuss eligibility.
What subjects do you offer tutoring in?
Mathematics, English Language Arts, Literacy, Reading & Comprehension, and Organizational Skills Training. All services are tailored to meet the needs of each student.
How do I enroll my child?
Complete the K–8 Tutoring Registration form or contact us to schedule. Our team will guide you through the rest.
What is the difference between Summer Advantage™ and summer live tutoring?
Summer Advantage™ is self-paced — students log in independently three days per week to complete mini-lessons with no live session. Summer live tutoring involves a real-time Academic Coach working directly with your child on a set schedule.
Is online tutoring available?
Yes — however, online tutoring is not effective for every child. If virtual sessions are not working, we will communicate this to the parent and help find a better fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 4 hours or missed without notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. After three no-call no-shows, students may be removed from the program.
Can parents attend sessions?
Parents are welcome during on-site sessions but cannot become a distraction. For virtual sessions, parents of grades K–2 should remain nearby. Students should be dressed appropriately in a presentable, organized space.
What supplies does my child need?
Students should bring paper, pencil, and a folder for worksheets. Supplies are not provided but are essential for success.
Can vouchers be used for Organizational Skills Training?
No. Vouchers cannot be applied to Organizational Skills Training. This service is available as a private-pay option.
